Crisis Management Services for Survivors of Homicide
Providing initial outreach, 24-48 hours after a homicide.
Providing survivors of homicide victims with tools that not only rebuild their lives but also their communities. They learn how to be empowered through Education, Collaboration, and Policy Advocacy.
Developing programs and activities that teach and instill the values of peace and enrich the lives of young people. PeaceZone is a curricula that prepare youth to deal with trauma and grief by building non-violence and conflict resolution skills, and teaches nonviolence principles.
Training frontline providers to gain greater competence and comfort in contending with all the ramifications of murder. This facilitates more holistic and welcoming view of the community by families of the murder victims.
